Saw It, Got It, Using It

Netbeans 6.0 M10 is now available to the community. There are quite a few enhancements in this milestone.

I'll blog more about the M10 release as needed as time goes on. I've been using it all day with the Netbeans Seam plugin and Facelets plugin...and haven't experienced any issues thus far.

Does it support/work together with facelets plug-in?

The plug-in web page still says it won't support Netbeans 6.0.

  2. Since you mention the Seam plugin, you also may be interested in the fact that the JavaFX plugin is now available (https://openjfx.dev.java.net/javafx-nb60-plugin-install.html).

  3. I've been using the Facelets plugin with M10...the only issue I've found is that every once in a while my UI will lock up. It does this when working with XHTML files using the tabs. If you simply go to the file in the project directory->right click and open then I've seen no issues.

Thanks for the info on the JavaFX plugin. I've been using it...but not much. I haven't had as much time as I'd like to use it yet. However, there is a great new series on JavaFX which is starting. Take a look if you haven't already: http://www.onjava.com/pub/a/onjava/2007/07/27/introduction-to-javafx-script.html

JavaFX looks great...just wish I had more time to spend with it.
